I can't see any prices, or add anything to my cart. How do I fix this?
To see prices and buy products, you must first create an account with us, and have that account approved by a website administrator. This will take <24 hours on weekdays. Due to our regulatory body, we are not allowed to display prices to clients who are not registered. The welcome email could go to your spam folder - so be sure to check there if you have not received your account activation.
Once your account has been activated, you will have to login in each time you visit the webstore to see prices or add items to your cart.
How do I get my food shipped to the clinic instead of my billing address?
When you fill out your billing address, there will be a small box at the top of the page that sometimes goes unseen. This box needs to be selected to have items shipped to the clinic.
How do I know when my order will arrive at my home or at the clinic?
When your order arrives at the clinic, you'll receive a text stating it has arrived. This is usually after noon, 1-2 business days after placing your order.
When your order that you have had shipped to home leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email saying that your items have shipped. Delivery is usually within 1-2 business days, dependant on your location. You'll be able to track your package as it is a Purolator shipment.
What are recurring orders?
When you select recurring orders when purchasing food, our system then sets up a payment plan with your card, and simply ships the food to the location of your choice (clinic or home) at the time interval you select during checkout. This means you can have your pets food automatically show up when you need it, without having to order it. You will receive an email containing your invoice every time a new bag is shipped, as well as the associated shipment email. Pertinent discounts will automatically be applied (5% off of Royal Canin, Hills and Purina foods). Orders can be cancelled at any time.
